About Grable
Grable is a dark pop artist known for her unique fusion of analog and electronic sounds. Her musical journey truly began with her father’s acoustic guitar. This foundational experience, in essence, shaped her intimate and expansive sound. In fact, she describes herself as “the gravedigger’s daughter,” a caretaker of memories and a guardian of thresholds. Grable consistently weaves deeply personal, and often haunting, narratives into her music.
She draws inspiration from diverse artists, including Alanis Morissette and Meg Myers. Moreover, Grable channels the fierce, independent spirit of her family. This lineage prominently includes the iconic performer, Betty Grable. Her lyrics delve into complex human experiences. For instance, she thoughtfully covers social anxiety, love, loss, and the future of AI. Consequently, these themes vividly reflect the raw emotions she masterfully transforms into rich sonic tapestries.

Grable’s discography showcases her artistic evolution. Indeed, each work serves as a distinct chapter in her journey. She consistently blends evocative sounds and introspective narratives throughout her career.
#ITHINKIMFINE (2021): This pop-electronic album explores vulnerability. It features a distinct, nostalgic, pink-hued vibe. Grable’s early work thereby established her ability to fuse dreamy synths and intimate vocals. The ultimate result is a sonic landscape both deeply personal and universally relatable. It truly feels like the shimmering glow of a late-night drive.
Acoustic Audibles (2022): This intimate, indie-pop collection offers a remarkably natural sound. Therefore, it is perfect for quiet reflection. Here, Grable stripped back her sound, focusing on the raw beauty of acoustic instruments and vocals. As a result, the songs feel honest and direct. This, in turn, provides a stark, refreshing contrast to much highly-produced modern music.
Entropy (2024): This album presents a darker, more mature soundscape. It deeply navigates dreams, love, loss, and the nature of reality. This work marked a significant shift in her sound. It built a world both unsettling and beautiful. Additionally, this ambitious project includes a written short story. This, importantly, adds another layer to the world she created. Thus, Entropy served as a crucial stepping stone towards her upcoming project, DARK LIGHT.
Grable is currently in the studio. She is meticulously crafting her new project, a two-part album titled DARK LIGHT. This ambitious work specifically explores the delicate balance between darkness and light, and all the grey in between. She is deep in the writing and production process. She carefully weaves a narrative from the “Dark” album’s emotional landscape and the “Light” album’s hopeful resolution. This project, therefore, truly represents the culmination of her creative journey. It promises to be her most personal and powerful work to date, featuring an honest and expansive soundscape.
Furthermore, Grable is actively building a full band to bring her music to life on stage. She is currently holding auditions and rehearsals in the Jacksonville area. Her primary goal is to perform live, full-band shows to support the release of DARK LIGHT.
Social Anxiety (Official Music Video): A haunting reflection on the suffocating grip of social anxiety. It powerfully captures the emotional turmoil of feeling trapped in a fast-moving world.
Acoustic Incantations (YouTube Series): This is an ongoing series of stripped-down performances. It clearly showcases Grable’s songwriting prowess.
Signal > Noise (Official Music Video): This song encourages listeners to seek the “hush” over the “clamor.” It, therefore, aims to find truth in silence rather than noise.
What Was I Made For – Acoustic Cover: Grable performs a stripped-down acoustic cover of Billie Eilish’s hit song “What Was I Made For.” This was recorded directly from her home studio.
